Virtual Lounge

This year, we are launching the Virtual Undergraduate Lounge to create a space for undergraduate students to connect despite being dispersed from campus. If you want to work through something that has come up in your classes, a project idea you have, swap tips on how to survive Zoom school, lament the grad school application process, or just chat, this is the place to do it!
The lounge is a space for conversation, collaboration, and community.

Though it is open to everyone, the lounge is password protected for security reasons. To get access, please click the link below to fill out the access request form:

Student Office Hours: Every Wednesday night from 6-7pm

Have questions about navigating through the major? What other student’s experiences have been like? What you can do with geography both at Carolina and after graduation? Bring your questions or concerns to our “student office hours,” where undergraduate representatives can offer a student perspective.

Geography Trivia Night: November 11, 2020 from 6-8pm

Though this event will be hosted in the undergraduate lounge, all members of the Geography community are welcome and encouraged to attend! Bring your A-game.
