Dr. Jennifer Baka of Pennsylvania State University will be examining how local and non-local stakeholders impact nationwide hydraulic fracturing (fracking) regulations on U.S. federal and Indigenous lands.
Her talk title is “Making science: How stakeholder coalitions frame scientific claims to influence federal regulation of hydraulic fracturing on federal and tribal lands in the United States”
