Persha_WorldBankConferencePanelDr. Persha gave a talk last week at the 2015 World Bank Land and Poverty conference, presenting baseline results on an ongoing study of linkages between land tenure security and smallholder investment in climate-smart agriculture in Zambia.  The study is part of an impact evaluation of a USAID project to strengthen land and resource governance in Zambia.
