The GIS Day activities and Innovative Use of GIS Competition are sponsored by UNC Department of Geography and UNC Davis Library Research Hub.

- 3:00-4:00PM: Map Competition (Entries due on Nov 13 noon, 2018)
- 4:00-6:00PM: Student-led Humanitarian Mapathon
2018 UNC Innovative Use of GIS Competition
The Department of Geography, GIS Graduate Certificate Program and the University Libraries’ Davis Library Research Hub jointly invite current graduate and undergraduate students of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to participate in an Innovative Use of GIS Competition. Separate awards will be presented to the graduate and undergraduate winners.
