Geography major (BA, 2021) Katie McMahon published an article based on her honors thesis in the journal “Global Environmental Change” (2021). Co-authored with Prof. Gray, the article explores climate change, social vulnerability, and child nutrition in South Asia. Originally from Asheville and now a graduate student in Geography at UC- Santa Barbara, Katie is studying the human dimensions of climate and environmental change.
